Which carrier do you use for shipping?
We rely on FedEx as our shipping partner.
What locations do you ship to?
We serve all U.S. addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Boxes.
For international shipments, please get in touch with us to locate Elicore outside the USA.
Since February 2020, we’ve stopped shipping to APO/FPO addresses. Contact us for assistance in finding a retailer who does.
What’s the estimated delivery time for my vitamins?
Ground shipping takes 2-5 days for street addresses, while PO Box deliveries via FedEx SmartPost may take 1-2 weeks as they pass through USPS.
How soon will my order be processed and shipped?
Orders placed before 12 pm MST on business days are shipped the same day, while orders after 12 pm are processed the next business day. We don’t ship on weekends or holidays.
What packaging can I expect for my order?
Your items will be carefully packed, using or boxes for protection pouches and will be wrapped with love! Helpful to know: your order may come in more than one box.

What if my package is stolen after delivery?
Elicore doesn’t cover stolen packages confirmed as delivered. Please share your concerns with us for resolution.

How do I request a refund?
We want you to love your ELICORE supplements and we know that when it comes to nutrition one size does NOT fit all. We offer a money-back guarantee on the first bottle of your supplement. Just contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will gladly refund your purchase.

What orders aren’t eligible for refunds?
ELICORE is not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to a customer’s error. Subscription orders that are not canceled or skipped prior to processing are not eligible for a refund.

What payment methods are available for customers?
Customers can choose from ShopPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or credit card payments via VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discovery for convenience.
How is sales tax applied to orders?
Sales tax is collected for orders shipped to states where it is required by law. The exact sales tax amount will be displayed on the Order Details Page once the shipping address is provided.
